Production Manager in Interactivity

Interactivity is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to join our team.

As a key player, you will work closely with the General (technical) director. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth execution of tasks, maintaining high quality standards and facilitating effective communication.

Requirements:

• Expertise in web developers: Minimum of 10 years of experience in web development.
• Tech: Familiarity with Frontend, Backend, mobile development; CMS platforms (Angular, Backbone, JS platforms, Ionic, PHP, Symfony, Node.JS, Drupal, WordPress, Joomla)
• Version control skills: Experience using GIT and other systems version control.
• Practical coding skills: Practical experience as a programmer - developer, with a list of successful projects.
• Project management: Experience in leadership roles and projects for foreign clients.
• Quality Assurance: Ability to evaluate code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Assertive leadership: A true leader who is not afraid to be critical, demands excellence and maintains high standards.
• Professionalism:Professionalism and results are a priority.
• Responsibility: Willingness to take personal responsibility for tasks and project results.
• Attention to details: Organized, detail-oriented, perfectionism, no tolerance to mistakes or carelessness.
• Professional communication: Maintaining a purposeful and productive atmosphere.
• English - Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with the technical director: Cooperation with the technical director, assistance in various tasks and accountability for delegated responsibilities.
• Meeting Management: Effectively manage daily Slack and Zoom meetings with teams, ensuring productive discussion, collaboration and task alignment.
< li>Code Review and Pull Requests:Check code, accept Pull-requests and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Communication Facilitation:Promote collaboration and professional communication between team members, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
