Production foreman in Shulipa O.V., FOP

We are looking for a production foreman!

Working conditions:

• Official employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
• Salary: UAH 30,000. 
• The possibility of career growth to the head of production. 
• If necessary, we provide housing.
• Under 15 people: welders, carpenters, woodworkers.

Duties:

• Organization and control of the work of the production crew.
• Ensuring the execution of production plans within the established deadlines.
• Control of compliance with technological processes, standards quality and production discipline.
• Distribution of tasks between employees, coordination of their work.
• Control of the use of raw materials and materials.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Resolving conflicts, if necessary, replacing employees. 

 Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year. 
• Understanding production processes.
• Responsibility, organization, attention to details.
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions.
