Production director in Abeton, TOV

TOV "Abeton" is a leading national manufacturer and supplier of reinforced concrete products for the construction of drainage networks, treatment facilities, reservoirs and water supply; of electricity supply, communication and heat supply networks, roads invites the Director of production to the team.

Duties:

• Manage all divisions - 70+ production employees.
• Ensure the implementation of the enterprise's production plan.
• Monitor, analyze technological processes. Organize the development, implementation and control of compliance with technological maps, standard operating procedures.
• Implement measures to improve production efficiency (increasing labor productivity, reducing labor intensity, reducing material consumption).
• Monitor product quality, analyze the causes of shortages, develop measures to prevent them.
• Put new production facilities into operation.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized education.
• Experience in a managerial position in production for two years or more (chief engineer, workshop manager, site foreman).
• Knowledge in the field of production technologies, safety norms, modern quality standards; project management skills.
• Knowledge of 1C, MS Office, other specialized programs.
• Developed management and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
• Readiness for an intense pace of work.
