Production accounting analyst in TECHIIA Holding

An international technology holding is looking for a professional Production accounting analyst who will be responsible for the support and correct operation of the company's accounting system. The main tasks of this role are the prompt processing of employee requests, control of the correctness of accounting data, as well as participation in the improvement and automation of internal business processes related to warehouse and production accounting.

Location:Left Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Processing inquiries regarding incorrect balances in warehouses.

• Analysis and solving problems related to the incorrect operation of configured processes in the system.

• Correction of erroneously formed documents at the request of employees.

• Education and consulting of employees on working with the system.

• Configuration of the system in accordance with the requests and functional duties of users.

• Formation of proposals for automation and optimization business processes.

• Control of the correct display of production processes (production of products) in the system.

• Control of the movement of goods and material values (TMC).

Wishes for the candidate:

• Experience of working with accounting or ERP systems from 2 years.

• Understanding principles of warehouse accounting and movement of goods.

• Analytical thinking and attention to details.

• Ability to work with a large amount of information.

• Good communication skills and willingness to train users.

• Responsibility, organization and systematic approach to work.
