Product, UX/UI Designer in TATL Technology

We are looking for a talented and energetic specialist for the position of Product Designer / UX/UI designer, ready to create a success story together with us. Requirements Experience of working with UX/UI design for 3 years or more; Knowledge of UI, understanding of working with design systems; Understanding of modern principles and methodologies of UX design and adaptive layout; Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma at a high level; Knowledge of current trends in Web and mobile development, understanding of the concept of "Responsive Design"; Experience in testing design on users and the ability to listen carefully to feedback for improvement of product design; Skills of creating vector illustrations, including logos and elementary illustrations for products; Responsibility, attentiveness, self-organization, teamwork; Availability of a portfolio. Responsibilities Development of UX/UI web/mobile design; Development of modern and convenient interfaces: sites, web and mobile applications; Creation of landing pages and logos; Redesign of internal company projects taking into account corporate style; Development of design concepts for new products and improvement of existing ones; Collaboration with product management and development teams to solve user problems and improve their experience; Prototyping, usability testing and user research; Development and support of the product design system; Presentation of design concepts and solutions to the team and stakeholders; Analysis of project requirements , the competitive environment and the Education Technology market; Mentoring and coordinating the work of a team of designers will be an advantage. The ability to work effectively in a team with developers, Product Owner and other participants in the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban); Experience in working with products in the field of Education Technology.
