We are looking for a UX/UI designer with a product approach under the insurance domain project.
Our client is an American insurance company with a century-old history. Has a number of products that work in the US market.
— free English (all communication with the team is conducted in English. So there should be no barriers in communication, expressing opinions and understanding neites.)
— mandatory portfolio with works, where there are complex UX solutions: design systems, CRM systems, complex web and mobile. applications, etc.;
—strong edges in Figma;
— experience of "driving" a product from idea to implementation;
- experience in researching user problems and generating solutions;
—product thinking;
—Strong communication skills: The American client's corporate culture involves a lot of verbal communication and activity.
Tasks:
— work on product development in the domain of insurance;
—researching user problems and generating solutions;
— conducting research;
—supporting product teams with UX improvements, adding new features, supporting new customer onboarding through demo prototyping;
— creation of project documentation (specifications, wireframe map, mindmap/sitemap);
— presentation of work;
— design support at the development stage, communication with the development team;
- participation in regular team calls.
