Required Skills: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer. Demonstration of UI design skills through a strong portfolio. Deep understanding typography, sense of color and composition. Keeping track of the latest UI trends. Understanding data analysis and measuring product metrics to make informed UX decisions. Understanding of product development stages, from research to release.Ability to perceive business goals and take them into account in design development.Understanding web and application design requirements.Ability to test designs with users and gather feedback.Excellent communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders.Additional experience conducting qualitative research to improve conversion rate and collaborating with data analysts to obtain necessary data for UX decision-making would be an advantage. Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and analysts. Propose UI/UX changes to drive the growth of required customer metrics. Create UI based on prototypes for web and apps or based on tasks from the product office.
