What do we expect from the candidate?

• Experience as a specialist in product training, the ability to understand the ingredients/components of makeup products and care, recommend them according to the Client's request. (will be an advantage).
• Experience of working in retail stores of cosmetics, perfumery, in the beauty field as a salesperson, administrator or manager.
• Have knowledge and constantly supplement it with current trends, trends and novelties in the field of beauty and care.
• Desire to share knowledge - teach, learn and constantly expand and improve your own knowledge and skills.
• Be able to find an approach to everyone, enjoy communication.

What are the key tasks of the position?

• Development of training materials about the product upon request (presentations, infographics, etc.).
• Training for sellers and administrators in stores on standards of service, as well as face, body and hair care (trainings, webinars, etc.).
• Support of existing projects and participation in the development of new ones, for staff training in stores.
• Visiting chain stores with the purpose of staff training.
