Having knowledge to constantly supplement them with current trends, trends and trends in the field of beauty and care. Willingness to share knowledge - to teach, learn and constantly expand and to improve one's own knowledge of training. To be able to find the approach of everyone, to enjoy communication. Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian. The possibility of working online 50% of the working time. Willingness to travel (1 week once a month) What are the key tasks of the position? Conducting training for sellers and administrators in stores according to the standards of maintenance, service, as well as care for the face, body and hair (trainings, lectures, etc.). Support of existing projects and participation in the development of new ones for staff training in stores. Visiting chain stores for the purpose of staff training. Participation in customer consultations and in-store sales during the training of new employees. Why EVA?
