We are currently looking for a Product Team Lead who will launch and develop the direction of recruiting services in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Start and develop the Recruitment department in the company, combining active B2B sales with a gradual transition to team management
  • Look for and attract new clients in the medium and large business segment, including international companies
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from identifying the need to signing the contract, including negotiations in English
  • Develop partnerships with existing customers and cross-sell
  • Work with CRM, lead pipeline and sales forecast, interact with marketing and delivery team
  • After the trial period - manage the sales team and KAMs: set goals, monitor KPIs, mentor and optimize processes
  • Be a Smart Solutions brand ambassador on LinkedIn: create expert content and build a professional network of contacts

We expect from you:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience with Recruitment / Executive Search / Staffing will be an advantage
  • Practical experience of working with international clients
  • Successful contract cases in medium and large businesses
  • Team management or functional leadership experience
  • English - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, orientation as a result
  • Ability to build system sales and scale the team
