We are currently looking for a Product Team Lead who will launch and develop the direction of recruiting services in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Start and develop the Recruitment department in the company, combining active B2B sales with a gradual transition to team management
- Look for and attract new clients in the medium and large business segment, including international companies
- Lead the full sales cycle: from identifying the need to signing the contract, including negotiations in English
- Develop partnerships with existing customers and cross-sell
- Work with CRM, lead pipeline and sales forecast, interact with marketing and delivery team
- After the trial period - manage the sales team and KAMs: set goals, monitor KPIs, mentor and optimize processes
- Be a Smart Solutions brand ambassador on LinkedIn: create expert content and build a professional network of contacts
We expect from you:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience with Recruitment / Executive Search / Staffing will be an advantage
- Practical experience of working with international clients
- Successful contract cases in medium and large businesses
- Team management or functional leadership experience
- English - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, orientation as a result
- Ability to build system sales and scale the team
