??Join our team to support and develop a scalable, high-volume system that allows companies to build affiliate programs from scratch. We are looking for Product Support specialist which will help our customers to use our product as efficiently as possible and achieve high results in affiliate marketing.

Needed skills:

  • 1+ years of work experience in an IT company as a Technical/Application/Product Support specialist specialist, QA, Project/Product Manager;
  • Competent and constructive communication with the client and the team;
  • Basic technical knowledge as works Web, what is API;
  • Basic understanding of client- server architecture;
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, knowledge of basic methods project development (Waterfall, Agile);
  • Ability to work in multitask mode, prioritize and switch between tasks;
  • Ability to analyze and reproduce the problem;

  • Literacy, Intermediate English.< /li>

Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality customer supportthere (B2B). Answering questions in chats;
  • Analysis and reproduction of customer problems , finding their solutions;
  • Conducting product demos, consulting product functionality, user onboarding;
  • Product knowledge base maintenance , recording screencasts, writing manuals;
  • Collecting feedback from customers ;
  • Search for ideas to improve the product (analysis of customer requests) ;
  • Interaction with the team of Product Managers, Developers, Designers.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • QA background or past experience .
