Join our team to support and develop a scalable, high-volume system that allows companies to build affiliate programs from scratch. We are looking for a Product Support specialist who will help our customers use our product as effectively as possible and achieve high results in affiliate marketing.
1+ years of experience in the position of a Technical specialist/ Application/Product Support specialist, QA, Project/Product Manager.
Basic technical knowledge of how the Web works, what the API is.
Basic understanding of client-server architecture.
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, knowledge of basic project development methods (Waterfall, Agile).
Ability to multitask, prioritize and switch between tasks.
Ability to analyze and reproduce a problem.
Ability to learn quickly.
Literacy, Intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
Providing quality customer support (B2B). Answering questions in chats.
Analysis and reproduction of customer problems, finding their solutions.
Conducting product demos, product functionality consultations, user onboarding.
Maintaining the product knowledge base, recording screencasts, writing manuals.
Collection of feedback from clients.
Looking for ideas to improve the product (analysis of customer requests).
Interaction with the team of Product Managers, Developers, Designers.

Experience with Jira, Confluence.
Analytical thinking.
QA background or past experience.
