Our requirements Are Do you have 2-3 years of experience working in product development and maintenance? Do you have experience working with e-commerce platforms? Do you have experience working in the B2B segment (ideally in service management)? Do you know the methodologies and tools used in product management (NPD, Design Thinking, Walt Disney Method, etc.)? Do you have the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and translate them into business recommendations? Are you independent and have the ability to make decisions for the entrusted area as part of your responsibility for specific products? Can you handle projects, can you coordinate them, and do you know how working in an agile system differs from traditional project management? Do you know and are interested in the tourism or cultural industry in which the entrusted products operate? Are you a curious person, interested in current trends and the market? Do you know what travel destinations are fashionable and when the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw opens? Do you have an aesthetic sense, care about details and the general perception of the materials and work that comes out of your hands is important to you?
