Product & Sales Trainer (automotive) in Staff Service

Responsibilities:

• Developing training strategy and plans for an automotive brand;
• Conducting Product and Sales Trainings;
• Conducting new Product Launches trainings;
• Sales Process Improvement processes and Performance Monitoring
• of dealerships;
• Customer Experience Enhancement;
• Collaboration with Headquarters;
• Certification of dealership staff;
• Budgeting, Reporting and Analyses.

General requirements:

• Higher education;
• Automotive Industry Experience, Sales and Customer Service Experience is an advantage;
• Training and Presentation Skills;
• Ukrainian is obligatory;
• English is obligatory (Upper Intermediate level), German will be an advantage;
• Driver experience;
• Readiness to business trips;
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
