Your role will becrucial inshaping future product strategies and ensuring that the functionalities webuild resonate well with our target audience, delivering exceptional value. What Will You DoinThis Role: Conduct in-depth research and analysis togain adeep understanding ofour customers, their needs, pain points, and requirements using various methods such asinterviews, surveys, prototype testing, and leveraging our VIP user community. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers todeliver actionable insights that influence product design and strategy. Share research findings inclear, concise, and compelling ways through written reports and oral presentations, tailored todrive decision-making across the company. Evaluate the impact and effectiveness ofproduct features through user testing, feedback analysis, and data-driven insights, leading toiterative improvements and enhanced user experiences. Organize and facilitate Q&A sessions with our VIP user community tofoster deeper engagement and gather valuable feedback. About You: Proven experience inproduct research orasimilar role within the technology industry, particularly inmobile and desktop application environments. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency inpresenting research findings toavariety ofaudiences. Fluent spoken English for conducting interviews with English-speaking Spark users, ensuring clear and effective communication. Exceptional questioning skills— proficient atcrafting and asking insightful questions that uncover deep user insights and lead toactionable outcomes. Strong analytical skills with anability tosynthesize complex data into actionable insights. Experience with user-centered design principles and adeep understanding ofhow research integrates into product development. Would BeaPlus: Previous experience working with email client software orproductivity tools. Familiarity withAI tools tohelp organize/ summarize data when needed.
