Your main responsibilities:

• monitoring of the market and competitors - systematic tracking of local and international players in the field of logistics, e-commerce and related services;
• analysis of customer behavior - collection and processing of data on the needs, barriers and expectations of customers in Ukraine and abroad;
• detection of market trends - research of new technologies, business models and international practices relevant to the company;
• generation of ideas and hypotheses - formation of a list of new products/services or improvement of existing ones;
• assessment of the potential of ideas - analysis of demand, marginality, complexity of implementation and necessary resources;
• preparation of business cases - calculation of forecasts of profitability, unit economics, ROI and justification for launch;
• organization and support of pilot projects - launch of MVP, hypothesis testing, analysis of results;
• optimization of the product portfolio - review of tariffs, services and sales channels taking into account unit economics and customer insights;
• development of pricing policy and forecasting - participation in tariff formation, budgeting and revenue planning;
• formation of innovative systems - implementation of frameworks for generation, testing and scaling of new products;
• performance measurement - tracking of key KPIs (time from idea to launch, ROI, customer growth, satisfaction level).

For work you will need:

• from 5 years of work experience in the direction of product management / business analysis;
• experience in the creation and development of products or services(experience in the field of logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces or digital platforms will be an advantage);
• experience in launching new products, financial analysis skills;
• experience in conducting marketing and competitive research;
• knowledge of the English language at the B1 level and above;
• strategic thinking, creativity and innovation, proactivity, results orientation.
