Product/Project Manager in Greenwich IT Solutions

Looking for a Project/Product Manager due to the expanding team in the Ukrainian outsource IT company, which provides a full-stack package of complex design development and solutions for their customers worldwide. 

Company products -  creation of brands, sites, identity and UI/UX of products for customers.

Niches - Crypto, Fintech, 

Technical stack - HTML, CSS, designers in Figma, Vue, Laravel, PHP (wordpress).

Team - Core team (15 people) Technical team, Designers team, UI/UX designers team, Product Manager, Project Manager.

Locations -  Full time remote

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of experience in a Project/Product Manager position.
• Knowledge of all management methodologies and programs.
• Experience in building processes from scratch and also at intermediate stages.
• Understanding backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision making, and the use of Jira.
• Strong business orientation, ability to comprehend information from various sources.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Fintech or Blockchain niches is a plus.
• English level - B2+ 

Responsibilities: 

• Building processes for working on a project with available resources within the allocated budget and deadlines.
• Building long-term relationships and developing client projects.
• Dealing with requirements and prioritizing.
• Drawing up and checking technical specifications, accepting orders.
• Reporting, maintaining client documentation, maintaining payment stages.
• Analysis and subsequent development of the client’s goals and projects.
• Drawing up project goals and objectives.
• Breakdown of work into stages, tasks and subtasks.
• Drawing up a work and delivery plan.
• Formation of pricing, management of payment stages for the project.
• Analytical work for drawing up or structuring technical specifications for a team of performers.
• Partial control of project implementation stages together with PM and risk analysis.
• Demonstration and presentation of project functionality, versions, prototypes, concepts.
•  Setting up a work process (research and analysis, marketing, design, development, testing).
