The successful candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability tomanage projects from conception tocompletion and ongoing product maintenance. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of7years ofexperience inthe gaming industry, with afocus onbig-scale games; Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing complex projects within tight deadlines and budgets; Strong familiarity with gaming industry ecosystems, including back-office operations and integration with third-party systems; Experience iniGaming ishighly desirable; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders; Demonstrated leadership abilities, with afocus onproblem-solving and decision-making. Proficiency inproject management tools and methodologies; Ability tothrive inafast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt toevolving priorities; Fluent inEnglish (C1level). RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize hands-on expertise inproduct management and documentation tomanage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning toexecution and delivery, including direct involvement inongoing maintenance tasks; Collaborate closely with the CPO todrive the product vision and strategy forward; Work closely with the Game Designers team and tech team toensure that product documentation encompasses relevant departments and covers asmuch aspossible, providing clarity regarding the scope toall involved parties when reading the documents; Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning toexecution and delivery; Conduct market research and analysis toidentify emerging trends and opportunities within the gaming industry; Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports; Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle; Oversee the integration ofall third-party systems and back-office functionalities into our gaming platform; Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks orgaps inproduct development, providing innovative solutions asneeded; Foster acollaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning; Act asaliaison between various internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners tofacilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
