We are looking for a motivated and talented Product / Project Manager to join our team and help us manage projects and processes to create high-quality products.

Main tasks

1. Planning and execution of the full cycle of project management in cross-functional teams, directing teams to achieve product results.
2. Product analytics, market and competitor analysis, generating ideas for successful product development.
3. Effective project administration, including documentation and communication with stakeholders - the client and the team.
4. Anticipate and work to eliminate project blockers and potential risks.
5. Analyze project requirements, and plan its budget, resources, processes and prioritization. >What is important
   1. Minimum one year of commercial experience in the position of Project Manager or similar (Product Lead, Product Manager, Team Lead, Business Analyst, etc).
   2. Ability to create, decompose and prioritize tasks according to product and customer requirements.
   3. Knowledge of basic principles and analytics tools such as Mixpanel or others.
   4. Practical experience with project planning in the early stages.
   5. Strong communication skills, ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical professionals.
   6. Deep understanding of the IT industry, product management principles and SaaS business model.

   8. Excellent command of written and spoken English (level C1+).

   Will be a plus

   1. Work experience in the fields E-Commerce and AI/LM.
   2. Understanding the Shape Up methodology (basecamp.com/shapeup ).
   3. Knowledge of the main tools for product management (ClickUp and Linear)
