The Product and Project Manager will play a pivotal role within our product team, serving as the right-hand person to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in big-scale games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry ecosystem. The successful candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion and ongoing product maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on big-scale games;
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within tight deadlines and budgets;
• Strong familiarity with gaming industry ecosystems, including back-office operations and integration with third-party systems;
• Experience in iGaming is highly desirable;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities;
• Fluent in English (C1 level).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize hands-on expertise in product management and documentation to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning to execution and delivery, including direct involvement in ongoing maintenance tasks;
• Collaborate closely with the CPO to drive the product vision and strategy forward;
• Work closely with the Game Designers team and tech team to ensure that product documentation encompasses relevant departments and covers as much as possible, providing clarity regarding the scope to all involved parties when reading the documents;
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning to execution and delivery;
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the gaming industry;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle;
• Oversee the integration of all third-party systems and back-office functionalities into our gaming platform;
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or gaps in product development, providing innovative solutions as needed;
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning;
• Act as a liaison between various internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
