The friendly family of the Paradigm advertising agency urgently needs a Product, procurement manager with good communication and managerial skills.

It is important for us that the candidate:

• have at least 2 years of experience in procurement;
• be responsible, attentive, scrupulous and persistent.
• knowledge of personnel office administration

Main responsibilities:

• market analysis;
• preparation for participation and support of the tender process within the framework of the company’s projects;
• providing an offer to the Client for materials for purchase (uniforms, branded clothing, equipment, equipment, certificates);
• processing of the Client’s briefs (purchase of materials, certificates);
• control of orders and shipments;
• preparation and approval of budgets;
• communication with contractors/suppliers;
• request, processing, approval, signing and fixing of documents to the order;
• confirmation and control of payment of contractors’ invoices;
• control of the status of materials for regional structures;
• preparation of briefs for regional structures regarding the use materials.
• Preparation of the tender table with specification of the technical task and visualization
• Preparation of the payment plan and its implementation

Terms work:

• Work schedule from 9:30 to 17:00
• official employment;
• Territorially near Pecherska metro station
