Functions: Development and execution of portfolio development plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets; Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, customers and stakeholders; Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and trends; Managing cross-functional teams to development and launch of new products or services; Promotion of the development of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the company; Search for potential partners for the development of the company's product portfolio and business as a whole, its diversification; and control of consumer research (consumer insight) and implementation of identified consumer needs in the characteristics of a new product; Analysis of new potential niches for the development of the product portfolio; Implementation of modern technologies and trends in the construction of the company's portfolio (artificial intelligence, etc.); Research of the market, customers and competitors, analysis of open sources Requirements: higher education (preferably medical or pharmaceutical); work experience of 3 years or more in a similar position or in other positions in divisions responsible for the development of the product portfolio of pharmaceutical companies; knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level; skills in building financial models for the release of new products; the ability to simultaneously work with multifaceted projects and tasks; the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
