Product owner - WEB in ViyarTech

Viyar Tech is an innovative IT division of the Viyar product company, which has more than 140 employees. We believe that a good team is the key to business success, so we invite a Product Owner to join us and help in the creation and implementation of new IT projects and support of existing ones for a company that is a market leader in furniture components and manufacturing services We always have many interesting tasks and challenges.
 
Expectations:

• Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner
• Understanding of product analytics (MAU, DAU, WAU, LTV, NPS, RR, etc.).
• Task prioritization
• Experience with designing and running A/B tests
• Formulation and validation of product hypotheses
• Interaction with cross-functional teams
• Work with stakeholder board to ensure transparency and communication
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum - processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Desire to create a better product
  
   

Responsibilities:< /strong>

• Product backlog management, prioritization of tasks and scope of work
• Preparation and description of tasks before consideration by the team
• Create: use cases, custom stories, eligibility criteria. prototyping, functional decomposition, etc.);
• Organization and participation in sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile rituals
• Definition and implementation of product strategy in accordance with the company's business goals
• Cooperation with development, design and marketing teams to realize the product vision
• Analysis of market trends and competitive environment
