Main duties:
1. Quality analytics
- Analysis of customer requests (chats, calls, feedback);
- Classification of problems by types;
- Identification of recurring defects;
- Identification of top sources of negative experience;
- Formation of regular reports and dashboards;
2. Root Cause Analysis
- Conducting A3 / RCA on key problems;
- Identification of process and product causes;
- Separation of operational failures from product defects;
- Formation of clear recommendations;
3. Interaction with product teams
- Formation of the backlog of quality improvement initiatives
- Prioritization of changes based on impact
- Control of the implementation of solutions
- Validation of the effect after the release
4. Quality control system
- Development of product and service quality assessment standards
- Introduction of new feedback channels
5. Building the Quality > Product cycle
- Regular quality-review sessions
- Formalization of the process of transferring insights into the product
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in product or service analytics;
- Experience in researchcustomer problems and turning them into solutions;
- Strong analytics and systems thinking;
- Ability to work with large arrays of requests;
- Experience of interaction with product teams;
The advantage will be: experience in the role of Product Manager/Owner, analytics; experience in logistics / e-commerce / fintech and work with AI or automation.
