We are looking for a Product Owner \ Project Manager B2B e-com, who will manage projects to improve the existing and develop new functionality of the internet portal b2b.bayadera.ua and the future eco-system.

What does PO \ PM B2B e-com do

• collects, describes and documents product requirements
• analyzes and optimizes internet portal processes
• analyzes and describes internal company processes related to work of the portal
• manages the project roadmap and backlog of the development process
• collaborates with the designer and QA to develop and improve UX/UI
• collaborates with the outsourced development team, conducts grooming backlog, mitaps
• communicates with internal departments of the company (IT, accounting, law, department, marketing)
• receives and analyzes feedback from users
• supports relevance of technical documentation for projects
• accepts the result of development
• participates in planning team tasks

You are perfect for us if:

• have experience managing ecom or similar IT projects
• have business analysis experience in IT or enterprise
• can describe, analyze and optimize business processes
• you are fine with self-organization, you actively use task managers
• you know how to analyze and prevent risks
• you have developed communication skills
• familiar with Jira, Miro, Google Analytics
