Product Owner \ Product Manager (startup) in ANIMO

We are currently looking for an ambitious Product Owner who will help implement a new project — Cloud Office from the global company Boosteroid.

Boosteroid is a Ukrainian company that develops a service for cloud gaming. The platform provides easy access to software and computing power and enables users to run any high-end game or app on any device. Today, the company is among the top 3 cloud gaming providers available in the world. Our technical partners are ASUS, Intel, AMD, Microsoft, Google, LG, Philips, Sharp, etc.

Cloud Office is a new development direction of the Boosteroid company aimed at meeting the needs of ordinary people, not only large companies. This is a product that will provide a single service for working with resource-intensive software to a simple user without a powerful device. There is no such product in the world yet, but we will fix it with your help :)

We are assembling a team from scratch: CTO, Product Owner, Designer, Business Development Representative, Frontend (Angular) developer, Backend (PHP) developer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer. Later, we plan to expand the team by 50+ people, so experience in managing a large team would be a plus.

As our future Product Owner, you will do the incredible — bring the idea of a unique service to life. Our whole team will help you with this.

What tasks will be in front of you:

• Management of the product life cycle from idea to successful launch.
• Control and integration of the product of the full solution cycle: analytics, design, development, and testing.
• Work with the development team, and control product deadlines and budgets.
• Analysis of the external competitive market.
• Motivate the team.
• Conduct diplomatic negotiations with partners.

What do we expect from you?

• 3+ years of work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the English language — Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to correctly prioritize activities (both own and team) for successful work on the project.
• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• Understanding the product life cycle from idea to launch.
• Experience with cloud and streaming platforms would be a plus.
