Product owner (partner programs) in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• conduct and organize negotiations with partners, conduct projects, status meetings by cross-functional teams of the bank and partner, constantly interact and communicate;
• define the economic model of interaction with partners . Analyze data on the behavior of participants of the common co-brand project, initiate changes based on financial model indicators, monitor the relevance and fulfillment of P&L indicators;
• manage projects within the framework of cooperation with partners. Create project groups (those from different departments of the bank and the partner: IT, lawyers, risks, taxes, finance, accounting, marketing/PR), coordinate the work and interaction of project participants;
• determine the purpose of the project, formulate requirements before implementation, plan resources, deadlines, the total cost of the project and the financial effect of its implementation;
• make a project plan, make work schedules and monitor compliance/deviations. Prepare and maintain project documentation, carry out day-to-day management of project work, organize and hold regular meetings with the project team;
• expand sales in the bank and partner network in the regions, conduct demos, exercises, trainings (possible business trips by region with the aim of checking the quality of knowledge and selling the product);
• targeting the growth of sales of the general co-branded product, the growth of transaction turnover, utilization of limits on the client base within the framework of cooperation with a partner, attraction and retention of clients;< /li>
• preparation of reports, samples, analytics within the framework of joint co-brand products with a partner;
• planning of advertising companies/promotion of joint activities with a partner, accounting of communications in CRM, forecast and actual analysis of their effectiveness ;
• drafting, approval and constant support of the contractual basis, methodological documentation, reports, acts, formation and processing of requests for interaction with the partner;
• control over the quality of the functionality, conducting pilot testing, social surveys, handling of complaints, complaints and proposals from customers within the framework of interaction;
• understanding of business processes related to the development of cooperation. Active participation in the introduction of new products with a partner and determination of directions for further development, improvement of key indicators.

You are suitable if you have:

• higher economic/technical/financial education;
• experience in banking from 3 to 5 years;
• qualified user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
