Our client isawell-known loyalty program inCanada and has been around for more than 30years. It’s abig corporation with many mature established processes.In2022, Blackbird Lab was engaged inaproject that isbeing built from the groundup. We’re responsible for product ownership, solution architecture, development, testing and integration ofanew platform into anexisting customer’s system. Our module isbuilt from scratch but later will become apart ofabigger platform. We’re building aproduct where end users ofour customer will beable toupload photos oftheir grocery purchases and get rewards forit. Weare responsible for the end-to-end implementation, from mobile toback office processing and management tools, which include OCR, operations process, reporting, auditing, etc.In2023, Blackbird Lab was engaged inaCustomer Care project torebuild itfrom scratch using new approaches and technologies. Wewill need toanalyze the existing Customer Care program, understand its good and bad sides and create anew Customer Care feature for mobile applications. We’re responsible for the end-to-end implementation, integration itwith existing mobile applications and full cycle orautomation testing.AsaProduct Owner, you will beworking closely with the Product Manager and UI/UX team from our client’s side. You will beresponsible for managing product backlog, writing user stories, analyzing requirements and proposing solutions, building wireframes, and ideating with the dev and business teams. We’re looking for aperson with proven industry experience, and adesire tobuild cool products for alarge-scale audience.
