  • at least one implemented customer onboarding service for opening a payment account in a remote channel;
  • understanding of the principles and rules of building onboarding processes and customer service of individuals for payment accounts, payment cards, cash transactions;
  • knowledge of the processes of identification and verification of customers, holders of payment cards;
  • knowledge of the market of payment services, including the market of remote banking service, best practices and experience.


Main tasks:

  • Working with the customer funnel of the Onboarding service, analyzing and implementing tasks to increase its conversion;
