Requirements:
- Experience From 3 years of work in banking or financial institutions in the direction of development of customer engagement and service processes in remote channels (mobile application) and in branches;
- at least one implemented customer onboarding service for opening a payment account in a remote channel;
- understanding of the principles and rules of building onboarding processes and customer service of individuals for payment accounts, payment cards, cash transactions;
- knowledge of the processes of identification and verification of customers, holders of payment cards;
- knowledge of the market of payment services, including the market of remote banking service, best practices and experience.
Main tasks:
- Working with the customer funnel of the Onboarding service, analyzing and implementing tasks to increase its conversion;
- constant participation in testing the Onboarding service, collecting feedback, forming a backlog of improvements, optimization of process time;
- preparation of business requirements and their coordination with the responsible departments in the company for the purpose of further implementation;
- communication with teams of business analysis, development, marketing, customer experience in all stages of design, implementation and support of new processes or changes to them;
- assessment of the effectiveness of implemented projects/tasks and analysis of compliance of processes with client and company values.
