Friends, we are currently looking for a Product Owner for a credit product development team for medium and of small corporate business - Our loan product, which has already been created and launched, is successfully used by more than 100 employees, including managers, risk managers, members of the credit committee and support service. This year, financing in the amount of more than 1.5 billion hryvnias was provided. Product implementation takes place on the CREATIO platform using agile methodology. Your future functionality: continued development and optimization of the loan product for medium and small corporate businesses. teamwork to ensure effective implementation of new functionalities and improvement of existing ones. backlog management, prioritization and correction of shortcomings .operational communication with developers, testers and other interested parties.implementation and improvement of agile methodology in work processes.regular communication with customers to collect feedback and clarify requirements.Our candidate has: higher economic education; work experience as a Product Owner for more than 2 years; more than 2 years of agile experience; confident project work skills, preferably with the launch of new financial products; product mindset and backlog management; IT skills, including describing business requirements, working with SCRUM, using JIRA, testing the operation of information systems and client processes marketing skills, including business orientation, mastery of customer communication tools (Service design, NPS, CSI, focus groups, conducting business interviews, webinars); ability to clearly and comprehensibly provide information to both business units and IT - specialists involved in the project.
