Product Owner (mVAS) in AdStart Media Pte. Ltd

We’re seeking an adept Product Owner who will be responsible for the in-house mVAS product planning and execution throughout the entire product life cycle, including but not limited to: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Within the Product Owner role you will also ensure that our product portfolio is in line with the Company’s overall strategy and goals.As part of the company’s global team, you will work closely with the Head of mVAS as well as the Director of Operations in order to drive business initiatives aimed at successful expansion of the business into new markets as well as maximizing the profits in the existing markets.YOUR MAIN DUTIES: Work together with the Director of Operations and Head of mVAS to define the in-house product strategies and roadmaps considering stakeholder needs, business priorities and market trendsCollaborate with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate business requirements and convert them to technical specification requirements for outlined solution deliveryDevelop and communicate clear visions of the products, align them with overall business goals and objectives Create, prioritize and maintain product backlogs to ensure backlogs are refined, updated and reflects the evolving needs of the products Define acceptance criteria and user stories that outline the desired outcome and functionalities of the products Facilitate communication, provide progress updates, gather feedback and manage expectations to ensure everyone is on the exact same pageConduct market research, user interviews and feedback analysis to gather insights and make informed decisions about the product features and functionalitiesProvide an active role in mitigating roadblocks to achieving sprint/ release goals Keep abreast with Agile/ Scrum best practices and trendsYOUR ATTRIBUTES: English proficiency is a mustAt least 3 years of experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in the mVAS industrySuccessful track record of developing products within deadlinesExperience in working with Agile / Scrum work environmentProficiency with applicable project management tools and technologyTeam spirit and good communication abilitiesGood time management skills and a firm understanding of the importance of deadlinesSharp analytical and problem solving skills Creative thinker with a vision WHAT WE OFFER: A workplace with high energy, flat hierarchy, positive attitude, and growth you would expect from a startup coupled with all of the security of an established company Flexible work life balance Opportunity to travel and work from a variety of office locations Competitive remuneration packageIndividual tailor-made career progression plan Multitude of employee training programs Team-building activitiesInternational candidates are welcome with business trips and relocation allowancesAnd much more …
