Work experience:
- At least 3 years in banking institutions , financial companies in the preparation and implementation of financial products and payment systems;
- At least one fully implemented product.
Knowledge:
- Current market realities regarding financial products in Ukraine and the EU: products, processes, channels, legal and compliance aspects, rules and regulatory requirements;
- Current trends in the money transfer market in Ukraine and the EU ;
- Product management methodology;
- Principles of pricing and profitability of financial products;
- Project management approaches – to be able to conduct a business analysis and describe a business process for offline implementation and online channels.
Technical skills:
- High level of PC skills, confident user of MS Office, Jira, Miro or other similar tools for managing projects, describing business processes.
