Product Owner, military serviceman in 425 OShB Skala

425 OSHP "Skala" started a large-scale project on the digital transformation of logistics processes. The goal is to create a flexible, transparent and efficient military logistics management system. Currently, a team is being formed that will implement the project in cooperation with a private technological partner. Main responsibilities:

• Form a product vision aligned with military command and business goals;
• Describe and prioritize functional requirements (BRD / backlog);
• Collect feedback from users (logistics officers, IT specialists, commanders);
• Work closely with Business Analyst, Project Manager, Dev team and Cyber Security;
• Participate in the formation of the product development roadmap;
• Test, accept and launch new features;
• Participate in planning, demos, retrospectives;
• Support MVP and product scaling.

Professional skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in digital projects;
• Experience in the development of B2B or administrative systems, CRM, ERP, logistics or military-tech solutions will be a big plus;
• Sure knowledge of SDLC, principles of Agile/Scrum, understanding of roles in the product team;
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with complex requests and transform them into simple tasks;
• Analytical thinking, independence, organization;
• Understanding data sensitivity, ability to work in an environment with high security requirements;
• Experience of working with government or military structures will be an advantage;
• Technical background (BA, QA, dev) will be an advantage;
• Experience in the implementation of transport accounting systems, logistics, WMS or similar will be an advantage;
• Ukrainian language — fluent, English — at the level of documentation — will be an advantage.
