DILA Medical Laboratory invites you to join the Product owner CRM team. The main goal of the position: implementation of loyalty as a system of measures. Key tasks of the position: Formation of a vision and strategy of loyalty for customers, partners and employees. Preparation of requirements and organization of the process of implementation of tasks to automate the customer journey. Reconciliation of requirements with owners of processes and other products, key users. Formation of the backlog of tasks. Management of the implementation team. Development, maintenance and, if necessary, modification or optimization of processes that affect loyalty. Our expectations from the candidate: Deep understanding of tools (tangible and intangible) of loyalty , understanding of business processes, the ability to describe and optimize them. Experience in managing a cross-functional team, integrated product management. Experience in forming and managing a backlog of tasks. Ability to prioritize, calculate efficiency and return on investment, analyze results. Autonomy, flexibility, adaptability to changes. Ukrainian - fluent, English - intermediate and above (preferred). Understanding of CRM systems, confident command of Excel, Power point and services for visualization of processes and team interaction (figjam, canva or others).
