We are looking for Product Owner - Corporate Business Loans

The mission of the Product Owner is to maximize the value of the Corporate credit product for customers.

• He/she is the focal point for decisions about product strategy and value.

• S/he creates and prioritizes the product backlog, aligns the vision at all levels 

• He/she is responsible for continuous improvement of product team collaboration.

• He/she is responsible for monitoring P&L (expenses, revenues) and quality metrics related to the Product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develops a product vision. 
• Ensures that product strategy is aligned with company strategy. 
• Able to make product decisions based on market knowledge, customer feedback and global environment.
• Take part in the development and control of strategic client-oriented KPIs for the product.
• Collects, saves, updates and prioritizes the Backlog Product, based on: views and awareness of clients, a look at business direct, level analysis, internal potential ialu.•
• Easy functionality and higher priority given to future product growth.

BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher economic or financial education.< /span>
• Experience with clients (stakeholders), collection of client feedback
Good knowledge of describing business processes.
• Experience: in SME lending from 2 years
• Product vision (at the function/story level): strategic vision of corporate loans, knowledge of the market, competitors and customer needs, as well as the lending process within the bank.Understanding development trends in financing corporate business needs. 
• Good knowledge of describing business processes< /span>
• Гнучке мислення та знання фреймворку Scrum; 
• Англійська  на рівні Upper-Intermediate.
