As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in the team developing the product, which is a CRM system and B2C tools. Maximizing product value and managing the backlog will be your main responsibility. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with development teams, stakeholders, clients and the Product Manager to provide solutions for products from the Lendi group and cooperating foreign partners. 

Join us if:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• You are able to listen to others, and thanks to your facilitation skills, you turn each workshop with stakeholders into a pleasant and fruitful meeting
• You are great in the role of a liaison between the world of business and the world of IT - you can speak both languages, and in the event of conflicts of interest, you are able to come up with a solution
• You have analytical skills and experience in making business decisions based on data
• You are comfortable using speak and write English
• You are an independent person and willing to cooperate with other people in the company
• You are ready to gain new experiences
• You already have experience in working with a development team
• You have knowledge and experience in modeling IT systems using UML notation, as well as modeling business processes using BPMN notation
• You have advanced knowledge and skills in using Agile and Scrum tools
• You can manage a project and define priorities
• You know how to manage a team's backlog
  
• You have a higher education in a field (IT, product management, business)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial intermediation industry (loans and/or insurance)
• Knowledge of regulations and provisions regarding financial intermediation
• Experience in working with international teams
• Professional Scrum Product Ow Certificatener (PSPO) or similar
• Knowledge of issues related to User Experience and Customer Journey
• Experience in managing B2B and B2C products
