We invite to our IT team an analyst of operational and application software (Product Owner / Analyst IT ).Tasks: Responsible for the development and optimization of the company's business processes in IT systems; Performs the role of Product Owner in Agile software development projects; Collects, analyzes, describes the business requirements of customers; Sets and monitors the execution of tasks for 1C programmers and analytical systems programmers OLAP; Performs preliminary testing and organizes complex testing by customers; Develops technical and user documentation; Participates in pair programming on complex projects. Requirements: Experience of participating in production automation projects at a 1C franchisee company, or in a similar position in a manufacturing company; Project management experience and changes (including Waterfall, Agile); The ability to describe and optimize business processes using typical methods (BPMN, UML, Swimlane diagram); setting tasks for programmers, advising customers, solving problematic issues regarding developments.
