The financial company “NovaPay” (NOVA group of companies) is looking for a  Pr oduct owner for an international project.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in the retail/financial business of a bank/fintech/financial company;
  • Experience in the implementation of financial products in the role of product manager/Product Owner from 3 years;
  • Mandatory work experience in the EU for the last 3-4 years in a bank or fintech and understanding of fintech products;
  • Experience in building payment products;
  • Experience in identifying customer needs and analyzing customer behavior;
  • Experience working in teams implementing large-scale technological solutions (web/MobApp);
  • English (at least upper intermediate);
  • Understanding of multicurrency account products, SEPA & SWIFT payments, money remittance, FX products and related transactions;
  • Understanding of marketing mechanisms of product promotion;
  • Principles and methods of product management
  • Understanding of the market and competitive environment
  • Methods of data collection and analysis, basics of working with analytical tools
  • Basic business processes related to financial products and approaches to forming product development strategies

Tasks:

  • Analyze the market, competitors and customer segments for targeting
  • Identify product requirements
  • Implement products
  • Compile and update tariffs, loyalty programs
  • Improve client journey and products, achieve ease of use
  • Create and be responsible for documents related to the product offer for customers
  • Manage activities related to the product life cycle
  • Form plans for product and brand promotion
  • Cooperate with other departments, including marketing
  • Improving the process of conveying the value proposition to the client, the appearance/availability of new products
  • Develop client workflows for working with payment instruments and products in remote channels
  • Develop and manage product strategy
  • Participate in sprint planning, demonstrations and retrospectives
  • Support the process of products entering the market
  • Monitor key product metrics, implement feature performance evaluation methods
  • Initiate product improvement
