Product Owner Head of the Pharma Department (ID 211) in HELSI

The HELSI team is looking for a proactive Product Owner to create and develop analytical projects and services for the pharmaceutical market based on Big DATA.

Helsi is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 8.3 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care institutions and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What we are waiting for from you:

• Higher education: medical, marketing or economic
• Knowledge of existing analytical products for the farm market
• Experience in project management
• Experience with analytical VI-platforms ( Power BI or QlikView)
• Experience in preparing a marketing plan for product promotion
• Sales cycle management

Would be a plus:

• Working in pharmaceutical companies in the management positions of marketing and analytics

• Creation and development of innovative products in the segment of analytics to solve marketing problems of the farm market
• Preparation of marketing plan for existing and new products
• Management of projects, team, formation and control of KPI performance for employees
• Negotiations with clients
