We are looking for a result-oriented HARDWARE PROJECT MANAGER/PRODUCT MANAGER to join our dynamic team developing innovative mail terminal products < /b> ( modern-expo.eu/...​a/products/parcel-lockers ).

Main responsibilities:
— transformation of the product development strategy into a realized product;
—product life cycle management;
—management and prioritization of the product backlog;
— management of commercial modifications;
— coordination of teams involved in product development (structural development, "software" part, marketing and sales), ensuring their effective communication and cooperation;
— management of work related to problem solving, implementation of improvements;
—refining and influencing the product development strategy.

We are looking for a candidate who:

— has relevant work experience of 2 years or more;
— has experience in the development of software and hardware products ;
—has managerial qualities to coordinate the work of the team;
- aimed at achieving a result;
— is able to manage the product using prioritization, work with ideas and backlog, problem solving;
—has basic technical knowledge (basic understanding of electronics and software);
- is able to analyze the situation on the market, the activities of competitors, trends and, based on this, initiates product improvement.

It will be an advantage:
— experience in the integration of third-party hardware solutions for a key-solution product.
