This role is critical for overseeing credentialing, billing, and insurance verification processes to enhance our healthcare services.Responsibilities:Lead Insurance Integration: Spearhead the integration of insurance processes for users and therapists, including credentialing, billing, and insurance verification.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.Liaison Role: Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating business requirements into technical specifications.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project phases comply with U.S. insurance regulations and standards.Skills:In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare and insurance industries, including regulatory and compliance frameworks.Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate to Advanced level.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, focusing on insurance or related claims products.Demonstrated success in integrating insurance products within the U.S., preferably in clinical or healthcare settings, with a proven track record of successful implementation.Strong familiarity with IT systems and software used in the insurance and healthcare sectors.
