Required skills and experience:

—deep expertise in product and marketing metrics;
—experience in a similar position in the gambling industry;
—systems thinking—the ability to take into account the mutual influence of all components of the system;
—ability to take responsibility; experience working in Jira and Confluence;
—Knowledge of Agile methodologies will be a plus;
—the ability to balance at the intersection of business, team and client;

Responsibilities:

—conducting A/B tests on product metrics;
—generating hypotheses for further A/B tests;
—defining the vision of the product and its components/components;
—product backlog management, prioritization of product needs;
—deep expertise in UX/UI
—development of product strategy;
—effective communication with the customer and developers;
—close communication with business/data analysts.
