The FCU Technology team at PwC Polska includes over 100 IT specialists. The financial services industry operates in a challenging environment due to global economic pressures, increasing regulatory and capital requirements, and significant operational and technological changes. As FCU Technology, we provide innovative technological solutions, data analytics and consulting services for global PwC clients, responding to key challenges in the area of Anti Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering, Combating Terrorism Financing, Fraud Risk Management, FATCA and implementation of financial sanctions, etc.).

As a Product Owner, you’ll work as part of a cross-functional Technology team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our Clients and project teams solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. In this role, we need a person who can balance working with senior stakeholders, agile development teams and testers, risk and quality specialists and vendors to understand and organize the prioritization of work in a way that aligns with organizational timelines.

Apply if you have:

• At least 8 years professional experience in the role of Product Owner and work with Product Backlog in the financial services area, as well experience in implementingnew products and features,
• Experience in working with business and technical teams, defining requirements, establishing product backlog,
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in working in SCRUM,
• Experience with testing strategies and leading the full life cycle delivery of projects,
• Understanding of IT development process and systems architecture,
• Higher degree (preferred Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Operational Research or related),
• Very good communication skills in English (C1),
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills - essential in day-to-day cooperation with clients and the team,
• The ability to cooperate with others on the implementation of tasks in an international environment,
• Product Management certification,
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies,
• AML/KYC domain knowledge (one of the key areas the platform is focusing on) is an additional advantage,
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
