Weare establishing anR&D centre inKyiv, and are looking for top talents tojoin our team RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with stakeholders toidentify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration ofthe user stories. Create and groom short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps and get internal agreement with business stakeholders and provide visibility across the teams (ITand Business) Collaborate with the Scrum Masters torun successful release planning and sprint planning sessions, aswell assprint reviews and retrospectives Ensure the product functionality isproperly documented Ensures agood communication and training strategy onthe released features Proactively resolves business user’s satisfaction issues REQUIREMENTS Proven experience working asaProduct Owner inatechnology company, writing user stories and epics, and following development process through user story acceptance Ability toproduce detailed and clear User Stories, PRDs, and create mockups Visual modelling and diagram skills Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA Agile, SharePoint, Confluence) Upper-Intermediate English level Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills NICE TOHAVES Gambling industry experience Experience with UI/UX design
