Product Owner for an international blockchain company

Main tasks:< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">
A. You will be responsible for the product line in one of the projects of the blockchain company:

1. Do an audit of existing products first;

2. < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">You will further adjust, add to, and generally manage the strategy of the product part within the product line;

3. Generate product ideas, mechanics, features;

4. < p>You will communicate with major partners to implement important strategic collaborations (further forwarded to the marketing department).

B. You will be the connecting link and interact with:

1. By the technical team for further transfer of products to them for development/refining;

2. Marketing team, within the scope of transferring partners to them for cross-marketing activities.

Requirements:

1. Relevant work experience in the field of (cryptoprojects) at least 2 years;

2. Knowledge of the English language (B2+, fluent);

3. Team management experience (welcome);

4. Understanding the crypto market, Web3 specifics, trends and narratives;

5. Proactivity;

6. Sociability;

7. Responsibility;

8. Willingness to grow and adapt to the fast pace of development of projects and teamsy.

Stages of selection:

Introductory interview with our recruiter; Technical test assignment; Interview with hiring manager; Final interview with CEO and core team.
