We are looking for Product Owner who will provide drive the development roadmap for our Integration Platform Team. The role will have an important part in enabling business to deliver on our must win battels, defining technical requirements together with the development team, implement, improve, and support of 3Shape’s integrations and partner platforms.

The role:

• Develop the roadmap for the MuleSoft Platform, aligning integration capabilities with overall IT and business objectives.
• Collaborate with various R&D and GIT units to understand integration requirements, ensuring alignment across organization.
• Establish and enforce governance policies for data integration, ensuring compliance with company standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and prioritize projects and features based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Serve as the anchor point of daily operations and support on our products, ensuring an optimal user experience for 3Shape’s internal stakeholders and internal units.
• Develop and maintain the platform documentation, including architectural, process, business diagrams and flow charts.
• Maintain the different product backlogs and also manage planning and grooming to ensure consistent and timely deliverables of platform functionalities and features.
• Be capable of developing a high-quality presentation and delivering comprehensive product information to internal stakeholders and business partners..
• Provide support, assistance, and act as a representative on behalf of the Integration Platform team to internal business units and stakeholders.

Your qualifications:

• You have 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, preferably for integration projects.
• You have experience with Scrum and agile methodologies and working with off-site development teams.
• You are organized and are comfortable working with multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• You have good stakeholder management skills and work constantly on building partnerships.
• You are a clear communicator and at ease working with a wide range of commercial and technical stakeholders.
• It is a big plus if you have experience working with microservices, API, SaaS, cloud-native app, and headless architecture.
• Talented and structured communicator with the ability to bring executives as well as developers on board with the direction.
• You are familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS SQL Studio, Power BI, Balsamiq, Miro, Lucidchart, Leanix.
• Power point presentation experience.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written is a given.
