Product Owner (Fintech) in SettlePay

Basic requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager for at least 2 years.

• Experience working in a Fintech or Ecommerce company.

• Experience with foreign locations (CIS countries, Latin America, Europe, Asia) and suppliers (PSP, banks, etc.) is a priority.

• Understanding and practical experience of using alternative methods in the regions listed above (or some of them).

• Experience of launching a payment product in new locations, development business, working with b2c payment products is a significant plus.

• Understanding the software development life cycle.

• Experience in forming goals, hypotheses and product development strategy.

• Experience in interaction with technical team, practical skills of working with CRM, task managers.

• Knowledge of the basics of product design, including UX/UI design, design thinking and prototyping.

• Ability to create prototypes and test them.

• Ability to work in a team with designers, developers and other specialists.

It will be a plus:

• Experience with payment checkouts or widgets.

• Understanding p2p, money transfers and me2me transfers (maybe one from the list.

• Understanding product analytics, collecting and analyzing metrics.< /p>

• Experience with product design software Figma (basic level).

Main duties:

• Development and improvement of payment solutions based on the host payment page.

• Formation product plan, prioritization of tasks for the development team.

• Analysis of competitors, search for promising areas of development, collection of requirements and prototyping.

• Product backlog management.

• Acceptance testing of finished product parts, recording and description of results.

• Search for growth points , generation of business insights.
