Product Owner (Driver Team) in Uklon

• full development of a separate strategic direction Driver, which is responsible for the work of Driver APP users
• lead the direction , which includes Frontend (IOS & Android) & Backend dynamically developing products
• management of the full cycle of product development (analysis of competitors and user needs, formation of a product value proposition, formation of a road map, formation of a strategy for attracting and retaining users)< br/>• achieving goals in a formed team with qualitatively built processes

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• develop the product, form the strategy
• coordinate and prioritize the product backlog
• build work processes with key product metrics
br/>• accompany requirements throughout the entire development life cycle
• accept the work performed and evaluate the obtained result
• analyze competitors and conduct research
• cooperation with focus groups of partners and conducting customer development

Challenges for three months:

• understanding the work of the product and the team 
• customized analysis and monitoring of key product metrics 
• understanding of strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors
• formed road map for the team for the upcoming quarter

Challenges for six months:

• control and analysis of key product metrics
• will build a product development road map for the next six months

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience in the role Product Owner from 3 years
• experience in working with mobile/web products and API
• skills in researching and analyzing user needs
• experience in forming a product development strategy
• experience in working with metrics and segmentation of the target audience

Required:
• possession of a driver's license (category B)
• access to a car and willingness to fulfill Uklon orders and competitors as a driver

How do you regulate your working hours?

•you can plan your own work schedule, however, to be effective, we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of reward)
• day off on your birthday as a gift to the company
• day off for blood donation
