As a Product Owner at KSE Universityyou will play a key role in collecting, organizing and updating requests and issues related to software and business processes at the University. You will act as a bridge between users (students, faculty and staff) and the development team, ensuring their needs are met and communication is effective. This role also involves educating stakeholders on new solutions, analyzing current business processes, proposing improvements and evaluating software options in the marketplace, contributing to the university's goal of building a modern and innovative educational environment.

Your responsibilities will be :

• Collection and systematization of requests: collect requests and issues related to software and business processes from various stakeholders (academic directors, study support office, financiers, teachers, students).

• < p>Business Process Analysis:analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Backlog updates and prioritization:maintain an organized backlog of requests and issues, prioritizing them based on urgency and potential impact.

• Communication with development team(s):collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and resolved.

• Stakeholder Communication:Communicate decisions and updates clearly and clearly to stakeholders.

• Training and support: conduct training sessions, document and provideother support to stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions and updates.

• Software Evaluation:investigate and analyze software options on the market to determine the best fit for the university's needs and present results to stakeholders.

• Feedback Loop: configure feedback for continuous improvement of software and business processes based on user experience.

You are our ideal candidate if:

You have experience in the position of Product Owner (or related) from 1 year;

• ready to work in a startup environment;

• you know how to write clear documentation and conduct effective communication;
