What needs to be done:
- Form and implement a customer growth strategy using a loyalty program, gamification, personalized offers and trigger communications;
- Develop and scale loyalty and stimulation mechanics taking into account the specifics of the local markets of Ukraine and Europe;
- Manage the full customer life cycle: activation, retention, reactivation, win-back based on segmentation, cohort;
- Influence product economics: LTV, ARPU, CAC, Churn, Conversion Rate;
- Launch and scale data-driven experiments: A/B tests of mechanics, offers;
- Build an ecosystem of partnerships: internal services of the NOVA group and external partners, coordination of integrations and joint products;
- Ensure the work of a cross-functional team: formation of a roadmap, prioritization of the backlog by business value, work with IT, marketing and data;
- Provide transparent analytics and reporting for stakeholders.
We expect from you:
- From 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in growth, CRM, loyalty, FinTech or E-commerce products;
- Strong analytical background: LTV, ARPU, CAC, ROI, Churn, cohort analysis;
- Practical experience in implementing or integrating CRM platforms, understanding the principles of client communication platforms, including eSputnik or Braze, as well as working with JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Figma;
- Stakeholder management experience in cross-functional teams;
- Clear ownership growth metric, not just delivery of functionality;
- Ability to combine product thinking, marketing tools and analytics;
- Working with several markets and scaling solutions within the group.
